He is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and effective execution of our business strategies. Craig has an extensive background and wealth of knowledge make him an asset in the field of information technology. Over the course of his career, Craig has gained deep insights into various aspects of IT, including service delivery, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, project management, and more. His expertise and seasoned perspective are likely to be highly sought after in the IT industry, and he has played key roles in the successful implementation of numerous IT projects and solutions. In Craig’s role with Concorde Technology Group as Chief Operations Officer, he has grown and developed managed services teams and prides himself on staff development.
